Chapter 32 Served Community Throughout December

Throughout the month of December, Chapter 32 engaged in activities serving both the community of Queens and its veterans.

Chapter 32 was busy with a number of community service activities in Queens, NY in December.

Early in the month, the chapter catered and served dinner to 45 veterans who live at the VA’s St. Albans Community Living Center in Jamaica, N.Y.

During the chapter’s monthly meeting at the New York State Veterans’ Nursing Home at St. Albans, chapter members provided sandwiches and gifts for nursing home residents.

Later in December, the chapter co-hosted its annual holiday party for veterans and their families, complete with a visit from Santa Claus.
