LONG OVERDUE:   The National Native American Veterans Memorial was formally dedicated on November, 11, 2022, on the grounds of the National Museum of the American Indian in Washington, D.C., along with a procession and ceremony on the National Mall. The Memorial, Warriors’ Circle of Honor, was designed by Harvey Pratt, a Vietnam War veteran who served from 1962-65 as a U.S. Marine in Air Rescue and Security at Da Nang Air Base.   [On the cover]


KEEPING SPIRITS ALIVE: Delaware county, Pennsylvania, Chapter 67’s pioneering Wreaths for All program honors veterans interred in private cemeteries during the Christmas season.

 


MILITARY SEXUAL TRAUMA: Although the VA has recently taken new steps to deal with this longtime issue, things seem only to be getting worse for service members and veterans.

 


40 YEARS IN SERVICE TO AMERICA: Westchester County, New York, Chapter 49, under the leadership of Executive Director Dan Griffin and President Robert Jordan, remains committed to VVA’s mission.
