Chapter 704 Raises Funds for Memorial

Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 704 is raising funds to build a memorial to Cayuga County (N.Y.) residents who served in Southeast Asia, Memorial Committee President Nick Valenti recently told the Finger Lakes Daily News.

Honoring 29 young men who made the ultimate sacrifice, the memorial will be erected in Centerport Aqueduct Park near Port Byron in Upstate New York. Contributions are tax-deductible; contact the Cayuga County Veterans Memorial Committee at (315) 252-4535 for more information.
