VVA’s Director of Veterans Benefits program, has appointed Felicia Mullaney as the new Deputy Director. Mullaney spent four years in the Army as a mechanic in a heavy equipment unit. She did a tour in Iraq. Afterward she worked in administration for senior-level officers. Upon being released from active duty, she returned to school using the GI bill, earned a degree, then moved on to law school where she received her law degree.
She worked for the American Legion before coming to VVA. She has become one of VVA’s top producers. On behalf of the entire department and the Veterans Benefits Committee, we offer our congratulations to Felicia Mullaney on her promotion and welcome her as our new Deputy Director.
