Chapter 850 Honors BBQ Business

Vietnam Veterans of America Kent County (Del.) Chapter 850 honored the crew of the local outlet of Mission BBQ for their ongoing contributions to veterans’ causes ahead of the start of the Dover Fourth of July parade.

“Every Mission BBQ restaurant supports its local USO and its communities in many ways, with a focus on support of fire, police, first responders and our military,” chapter Vice President Paul Davis told the Smyrna-Clayton Sun-Times. “They serve great food with a huge side of patriotism.

“Every day at noon, everything comes to a halt and teammates place their hand on their heart and rise for the National Anthem,” he added. “Mission BBQ is the only restaurant in the country that does this.”
