Happy 31st Anniversary to Chapter 227

Northern Virginia Dean K. Phillips Memorial Chapter 227 celebrated its 31st anniversary at the October monthly chapter meeting.

Several founding members were in attendance at the meeting, which featured a presentation by chapter member Bill Shugarts, who works with Good Morning, Vietnam!, a group of war veterans that supports an orphanage in Khe Sanh.

All Vietnam veterans received a Vietnam War Commemorative pin and certificate at the meeting.
