Chapters 1061 and 755 Support Hurricane Irma Victims
Chapter 1061 of Harrisonburg, VA is collecting and sending hurricane relief supplies to the residents of Kissimmee, FL through Chapter 755.
Chapter 1061 will be collecting cleaning supplies, hygiene items, and other relief items along with TSSI (Tactical & Survival Specialties, Inc.), TSSi, an equipment provider for law enforcement, military personnel and disaster responders. In Kissimmee, Chapter 755 will receive the supplies and help displaced families along with the Osceola Council on Aging.
Jerry O’Hara, Chapter 1061 President, said that the chapter is in a position to help not just veterans, but families in need.
Chapter 1061 is active in the Harrisonburg community with fellowship lunches, dances, memorial services, an honor guard, and much more.
