A FEW GOOD FRIENDS: This issue we present a dozen or so VVA stories. The people profiled are admirable men and women who have dedicated themselves to working for veterans and their families. At one time the organization was focused on veterans of the Vietnam War era. But with time, experience, and know-how, that mandate has been broadened to encompass both younger and older generations .
