Chapter 949 Serves Homeless Veterans
Tri-State Chapter 949 recently served lunch at the VA’s Homeless Veterans Resource Center in Huntington, WV for National Salute to Veterans Week.
The veterans were joined by the local AVVA chapter to provide soup, sandwiches, and cookies to area veterans.
In addition to this event, Chapter 949 is also engaged in activities such as assisting hospitalized veterans, scholarships, and the West Virginia Veterans Home.
