Chapter 982 Helps Sponsor 2,030 Wreaths

Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 982, Boy Scout Troop 450 and Airmen Against Drunk Driving  sponsored the placement of wreaths at Arroyo Grande (Calif.) Cemetery District’s 2,030 veteran graves Dec. 14 as part of National Wreaths Across America Day.

The event was one of more than 2,200 worldwide. Cemeteries in Guadalupe, Arroyo Grande, Paso Robles, Los Osos and Cambria participate each year, requiring annual sponsorship of more 6,645 wreaths.
