Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the VVA & AVVA 2019 National Convention! The convention will be held at the Spokane Convention Center in Spokane, Wash., July 16–20, 2019.
More than 1,200 participants are expected to attend the VVA & AVVA 2019 National Convention, offering vendors a fantastic opportunity to reach the nation’s veterans and their families with the information, products and services they need.
Vendor setup begins on Monday, July 15, 2019. The exhibit floor will be open for business from 12 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 through 12 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, 2019; teardown is scheduled for 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. on the final day of the show.
Each exhibit space includes pipe-and-drape dividers, a 6’ x 2’ skirted table, two chairs, a wastebasket and a sign. Special equipment and electrical needs must be arranged with the Spokane Convention Center at the exhibitor’s expense.
Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Don’t delay! Check out the full exhibitor fee schedule and registration form to determine what’s best for your organization.
