Family Day Barbecue picnic
On the last weekend in August, Queens, New York, Chapter 32 hosted its twentieth annual Family Day Barbecue Picnic for the residents of the New York State Veterans Nursing Home and the St. Albans Domiciliary and their families. The chapter and the event’s co-sponsors provided the food, beverages, and music, which was performed by a local fifties doo-wop singing group.
