Chapter 933 Presented Special Event on Vietnam War
Members of Fresno, California, VVA Chapter 933 helped plan “Vietnam Live: A Bridge to Understanding,” which took place September 17 in Clovis, California.
The free event included preview screenings of the Ken Burns PBS Vietnam War documentary, a veterans art and photo exhibit, and veterans booths.
Craig Meadors, Lee House, Chapter President John Sturdivant, Don and Steve Hayhurst, George Grimsley, and Chuck Berberian took turns manning the chapter’s info booth. Chapter member Sal Gomez carried the Marine Corps flag at the event’s opening ceremonies.
