‘Sidetrack of War’ at Columbia University, April 28

Tomorrow evening, Thursday, April 28, the Service Together organization is presenting “Soundtrack of War, ” a performance and discussion event featuring Eli Smith, host of the Down Home Radio Show,  and Peter Stampfil of the The Holy Modal Rounders and The Fugs. Also performing: Ali Dineen,  Feral Foster, and Ernie Vega.

Farid Johnson, a Vietnam veteran singer and percussionist, and singer/songwriter Brandon Mills, a former Marine, will provide commentary.

All ticket proceeds go to the cost of programming at Service Together , a program of Intersections International . Service Together brings veterans and civilians together in dialogue and service projects in order to bridge the military-civilian divide.
