‘Joe’ – A New Vietnam War Veteran Doc

Scott Clower, a 25-year-old filmmaker, has put together a documentary called “Joe.”  This fifteen-minute film tells the story of Joe Bearden, an Army helicopter pilot who was shot down over Laos and survived, but suffered severe burns over his entire face. Clower zeroes in on his subject in a film that sometimes is difficult to watch, but ultimately offers a positive and uplifting story.
