Sculptor Joe Mooney's Work Remembers the Battle of Ong Thanh

The accomplished Philadelphia sculptor Joe Mooney’s work consists of impressionistic welded steel and stainless steel sculptures. His most recent work, “Warriors Tympanum, ” is a series of sculptures commemorating the October 17, 1967, Vietnam War  Battle of Ong Thanh. The pieces are on display through May of next year at the Kouros Sculpture Center in Ridgefield, Connecticut.
