Jack A. Eldridge, 65, died December 10, 2008, from pancreatitis. He served with the U.S. Army in Vietnam. He was a life member of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, Chapter 678.

Michael J. Harrington, 56, died January 22. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1974-77. He was a permanently hospitalized veteran member of Portage, Indiana, Chapter 905. 

William V. Harris, Jr., 56, died September 28, 2008, from heart failure. He was an associate of New City, New York, Chapter 333.

Howard Hastings, 72, died. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a life member of Fairhope, Alabama, Chapter 864.

James Alfred Head, Sr., 72, died August 3. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of Anderson, South Carolina, Chapter 1016. 

John Hewison, 67, died March 19. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of Carleton, Michigan, Chapter 142.

James Michael Hill, 63, died unexpectedly April 5. He served in the U.S. Army from 1966-69 with a tour in Vietnam. He was an at-large member of Connecticut and was past president of Biloxi, Mississippi, Chapter 647.  

Everett F. Hoddy, 66, died recently. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a life member of Ogden, Utah, Chapter 924.

William Thomas Hollenbach, 82, died July 8. He served in the U.S. Navy for 33 years during World War II, Korea, and Vietnam. He was a life member of Cumberland, Maryland, Chapter 172. 

Stanley Olen Hook, 62, died June 11. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of Cumberland, Maryland, Chapter 172. 

Jean Marie Houghton, 84, died December 4, 2008, from sepsis. She served at the 36th Evacuation Hospital in Vietnam and was an at-large life member of Massachusetts. 

John P. Hughes, 62, died September 23, 2008, following an automobile accident. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of Rego Park, New York, Chapter 32.

Harry Hull, 69, died April 1 from Agent Orange-related cancer. He was retired from the U.S. Army, having served in the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He was a charter member of Texarkana, Texas, Chapter 278. 

James C. Johnson, 69, died March 9, 2008, from acute myocardial infarction. He served in the U.S. Army with a tour of duty in Vietnam from 1967-68. He was a life member of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Chapter 467. 

Robert L. Johnson, 74, died April 22. He served in U.S. Army from 1954-81. He was a member of Carlyle, Illinois, Chapter 269. 

Charles A. Kapral, 63, died May 27, 2008, of complications from Agent Orange-related diabetes mellitus type II. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1963-67 including a tour of duty in Vietnam. He was a member of New Brunswick, New Jersey, Chapter 233.  

Albert J. Keenan, 74, died September 6, 2008, from Alzheimer’s disease. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars, and a permanently hospitalized veteran member of Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, Chapter 825. 

Charles J. Kelly, 62, died at his home April 22 following a heart attack. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War and was a member of Allenhurst, New Jersey, Chapter 12. 

John F. Krankus, 64, died July 14 from Agent Orange-related diabetes type II. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and was a life member of Pleasantville, New York, Chapter 49. 

Frank J. Kucinich, Jr., 60, died June 30. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and was a founding member of Cleveland, Ohio, Chapter 15. 

Harold A. Lajiness, 62, died May 8 from cancer. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War and was a life member of Monroe, Michigan, Chapter 142.

Donald D. Leedy, 66, died in 2008. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a permanently hospitalized veteran of Portage, Indiana, Chapter 905.

Meredith Leegard, 91, died April 28 from lung cancer metastases due to prostate cancer. He served in the U.S. Merchant Marines and was a member of North Bend, Oregon, Chapter 799. 

Dwayne Serge Logan, 60, died April 2. He served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam in 1969-70 and received the Bronze Star and the Silver Star. He was an at-large member of Illinois. 

Antonio Lopez, Sr., 81, died May 30. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. He was a life member of Lawton, Oklahoma, Chapter 751.

Willard Hampton Manda, 65, died January 23 from cancer. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and was a member of Redondo Beach, California, Chapter 53. 

Stephen Marchant, 64, died recently. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of Denton, Texas, Chapter 920.

Vincent Marrazzo died May 20, 2008. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a life member of Farmingdale, New York, Chapter 11.

Riyoichi H. Marumoto, 73, died March 13 from a stroke. He served in the U.S. Army from 1958-78 and was a life member of Redondo Beach, California, Chapter 53. 

Billy Wayne Massey, 63, died May 30. He was a U.S. Army veteran of Vietnam and retired from the Alabama National Guard. He was a life member of Athens, Alabama, Chapter 511. 

Larry Lyle McCullaugh, 58, died February 11 from a heart attack. He served in the U.S. Army with a tour in Vietnam from 1970-71. He was a life member, vice president, and past president of Paducah, Kentucky, Chapter 337. 

Sean P. McHale, 73, died June 11. He was an associate of Manila, Philippines, Chapter 887.

Robert P. McIntosh, 79, was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a permanently hospitalized veteran member of Porter County, Indiana, Chapter 905.

Ronald L. McKoon, 64, died April 18 from ventricular tachycardia and coronary artery disease. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1962-78 with a tour in Vietnam in 1968. He was a life member of Fort Madison, Iowa, Chapter 947. 

Dudley V. McMains, 81, died January 13. He served in the U.S. Navy for 31 years. He was a life member of Lawton, Oklahoma, Chapter 751. 

Joseph T. Mesch, 66, died April 11. He served for more than 25 years in the U.S. Army, including a tour of duty in Vietnam. He was a life member of Cochise County, Arizona, Chapter 1020. 

Carl Henry Mims, 71, died March 11, 2006. He retired in 1971 from the U.S. Marine Corps and was a life member of Fairhope, Alabama, Chapter 864. 

Jerry D. Mitchell, 67, died May 17. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a member and past president of Moberly, Missouri, Chapter 70. 

Michael Mongelli, 59, died June 23 from cancer. He served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam from 1969-70. He was a member of South Jersey Chapter 228. 

Frank Monzon died June 16, 2007. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of Auburn, New York, Chapter 205.

John William Moore, 71, died April 20. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was a life member of Cumberland Plateau (Tennessee) Chapter 1015. 

Lucio G. Moreno, 58, died February 23. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps who served in the Vietnam War. He was a life member of El Paso, Texas, Chapter 574.

Kenneth D. Moses, 66, died May 4 from a heart attack. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was a member of Baldwin County, Alabama, Chapter 864.

Colleen Patricia Mussolino, 62, died June 30 from lung cancer. She served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.  She was a life member of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, Chapter 678. 

William Valention Nabozny, 72, died January 30. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1954-56. He was an associate of Grafton, Ohio, Chapter 559.

John Peter Nasuti, 61, died December 31, 2008, from liver failure (hepatitis). He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in the Vietnam War. He was a member of Wilmington, North Carolina, Chapter 885. 

Raymond L. Niederstadt, 65, died June 27 from cancer. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was a member of Lindstrom, Minnesota, Chapter 684. 

John Leroy Noles, 62, died June 28. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of Johnston County, North Carolina, Chapter 990. 

Clifford John Nordin, 62, died recently. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps, including a tour in Vietnam. He was an at-large member of Michigan. 

Kevin James O’Leary, 70, died May 3, 2006. He served in the U.S. Army in the Korean and the Vietnam Wars. He was an at-large life member of Maryland.

Carl A. Pagano, 70, died recently. He served in the U.S. Army for 20 years and was an at-large life member of Georgia.

Gus F. Pasquale, 67, died May 4. He served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam and was a life member of Westchester County, New York, Chapter 49. 

James H. Pease, 70, died April 29. He was a U.S. Army veteran who served during the Vietnam era. Pease was a member of Ware, Massachusetts, Chapter 405. 

Dominick A. Pileggi, 69, died April 8. He served during the Vietnam era in the U.S. Army. He was a life member of New City, New York, Chapter 333. 

John R. Poitras, 59, died March 14 from cancer. He served during the Vietnam War and was a member of Allenhurst, New Jersey, Chapter 12. 

Melvin J. Poston, 67, died August 19 from brain and neck cancer. He served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam. He was a life member of Rock Island, Illinois, Chapter 299.

Beverly Anne Prinzing, 62, died March 26 from cancer. She was an associate of Rochester, New York, Chapter 20.   

William J. Ransom, 75, died May 5. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He was an at-large member of New York. 

Winiferd Bruce Rawlins, 68, died June 22 from cancer and pneumonia. He was a U.S. Army and Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of Dayton, Ohio, Chapter 97. 

Robly Rex, 107, died April 28. He was a veteran of World War I and the oldest living veteran in the state of Kentucky. He was an associate of Louisville, Kentucky, Chapter 454.

Roy E. Ribbeck, 82, died April 19. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.  He was an associate of LeRoy, New York, Chapter 193. 

Glenn Joseph Rice, 60, died May 7 from cirrhosis of the liver. He served in the U.S. Army from 1969-70 in the Vietnam War. He was a member of Cumberland, Maryland, Chapter 172. 

Charles L. Riden, Sr., 74, died April 13 from mesothelioma. He was a member of Cumberland, Maryland, Chapter 172. 

William E. Roe, 67, died June 14 from liver cancer. He served in the U.S. Navy with two tours in Vietnam. He later served with the U.S. Air Force and was a member of Quad Cities, Illinois, Chapter 299.

Thomas Edward Rucci, 58, died June 6. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and was a life member of Erma, New Jersey, Chapter 602.

Eugene Jacob Schaetzel, Jr., 64, died December 8, 2007, from renal cell carcinoma and cardiac arrest. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and an at-large member of Colorado. 

John R. Schriver, 65, died July 12. He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of Cumberland, Maryland, Chapter 172.

Carl Douglas Seay, Jr., 58, was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of Sand Point, Idaho, Chapter 890.

Jimmy A. Shipley, 60, died December 8, 2008. He was a member of Chattanooga Chapter 203.

Glenn M. Shriver, 61, died September 4, 2007, of natural causes. He served as a door gunner in the U.S Army in Vietnam in 1965. He was an at-large life member of Maryland.

Daniel Lynn Siler, 52, died December 8, 2008. He was an associate life member of Franklin, North Carolina, Chapter 994.

Gordon E. Sill, 57, died recently. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a permanently hospitalized veteran member of Porter County, Indiana, Chapter 905.

John H. Simmons, 63, died July 27 from cardiac arrest. He served as a U.S. Navy corpsman in Vietnam with the 1st Marine Division. He was a life member of Cleveland, Tennessee, Chapter 586. 

Clifford O. Sipe, 68, died July 6. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a life member of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, Chapter 462.

Dwight Edward Slaughter, 58, died February 23. He served in the U.S. Army with a tour of duty in Vietnam from 1970-71. He was a life member of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Chapter 203.

John R. Smith, Jr., 61, died December 31, 2008. He was a charter member of West Palm Beach, Florida, Chapter 25.

Gary Lynn Snyder, 61, died April 2, 2008. He was an at-large member of Indiana.

Frank Randall Sorrells, 61, died June 5. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of Franklin, North Carolina, Chapter 994.

Donald H. Souder, 67, died June 26 of Parkinson’s disease. He served five and a half years in Vietnam with the U.S. Army. He was a charter member and past president of Somers Point, New Jersey, Chapter 228.

Charles William Spahn, 68, died April 26 from cancer. He was a life member of Tonawanda, New York, Chapter 77.

Jerry D. Sparling, 70, died January 10. He was a life member of Saint Marys, Pennsylvania, Chapter 948.

Arthur Stallings, 60, died June 2, 2008. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of Bowling Green, Missouri, Chapter 833.

Robert A. Stevenson, 58, died. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a permanently hospitalized veteran member of Porter County, Indiana, Chapter 905.

Thadeus H. Stryminski died November 4, 2008. He was a member of Philippines Chapter 887.

William S. Summit was a member of Albany, Oregon, Chapter 585.

John K. Suntken, 59, was an at-large member of Michigan.

Robert Lawrence Swanson, 72, died November 4, 2006, from pulmonary fibrosis and respiratory failure. He served with the U.S. Navy in the Vietnam War. He was a life member and past president of River Falls, Wisconsin, Chapter 331.

Carlton Donell Taylor, 62, died June 16. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in the Vietnam War. He was a member of Edgewater, Florida, Chapter 916.

Lorenzo Tejerino, 71, died June 12. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era. He was a life member of Victoria, Texas, Chapter 898.

Howard E. Terry, 62, died recently. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a life member of Cleveland, Tennessee, Chapter 596.

Carl Thomas, 67, served in the U.S. Army and was a life member of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Chapter 467.

Robert D. Timberlake, 61, died May 12 from pancreatic cancer. He served in the U.S. Air Force with a tour of duty in Vietnam from 1969-70. He was a life member of Dearborn, Michigan, Chapter 267.

Stephen Torres, 59, died April 17 from a motorcycle accident. He served in the U.S. Army and was a Vietnam War veteran. He was a life member of Allenhurst, New Jersey, Chapter 12. 

Michael Robert Trimble, 60, died October 16, 2008. He was a life member of Flint, Michigan, Chapter 175.

John W. Twohig, 64, died September 17, 2008. He was a life member of Poland, Ohio, Chapter 135.

Richard L. Uplinger, 60, died May 3 from cancer. He served in the U.S. Army with a tour of duty in Vietnam from 1969-70. He was a member of Greenville, South Carolina, Chapter 523.

Julian Vallejos, 72, died February 27 from myocardial infarction due to coronary artery disease, hypertension, and Agent Orange-related diabetes mellitus type II. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1955-76. He was a member of Fresno, California, Chapter 993.

Albert Frank Valouch, Jr., 78, died November 29, 2008. He was a life member of Lawton, Oklahoma, Chapter 751.

John B. Vockeroth, Jr., 60, died August 12, 2008, from Huntington’s corea disease. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was a member of South Jersey Chapter 825. 

Tommie L. Walker, 62, died March 8, 2008. He was a member of Albany, Oregon, Chapter 585.

Orman Eugene Waller, 63, died March 3. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of Gallatin, Tennessee, Chapter 240.

Robert I. Walrath, 72, died March 18. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army with service in the Vietnam War. He was a life member of Endicott, New York, Chapter 896.

Larry Ray Ward, 61, died April 19 from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. He served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam as a combat medic. He was a life member of Tallahassee, Florida, Chapter 96, serving as secretary and on the board of directors.  He served as first vice president of the Florida State Council for two terms. 

Eve Marie Webster, 61, died April 21 from cancer. She was an associate of Ponca City, Oklahoma, Chapter 750. 

David L. Weiland, 62, died December 16, 2008. He was a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran and an at-large life member of Illinois. 

James Weins, 58, died April 21 from cancer due to exposure to Agent Orange. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1968-72 with two tours in Vietnam. He was a life member of Aurelia, Iowa, Chapter 888. 

Keith L. Westcot, 61, died April 13 from heart failure. He served in the U.S. Army with a tour of duty in Vietnam in 1968. He was a life member of Appleton, Wisconsin, Chapter 351. 

Dorrough W. Whittaker, 55, died November 15, 2007. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War and was a member of Grafton, Ohio, Chapter 559.

Ralph P. Wilson, 54, died October 18, 2008. He was a member of Tampa, Florida, Chapter 787.

D.W. Woodcraft, 77, died in October 2008. He was a member of Rutland, Vermont, Chapter 1.

H.L. Woods died in September 2007. He was a life member of Petaluma, California, Chapter 563.

Robert S. Wyatt, 62, died May 17 from heart failure. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War and a life member of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Chapter 488. 

Phillip E. Zarrella, 63, died July 18, 2008. He was a member of Reno, Nevada, Chapter 989.
