Financial considerations have been established and
agreed upon by committee members, special advisers, and the
National Board of Directors. A significant cost savings can
be realized with the proposed Constitutional Amendments being
sent, as attachments, via e-mail, to the National Secretary’s
web page, to each Regional Director, and to each State Council
President. A hard copy will be mailed to state councils and
chapters that do not have e-mail access.
On behalf of myself,
the members, and special advisers of the National Constitution
Committee, I thank you for the opportunity to serve our organization.
Proposed Constitutional Amendments will be available on or
before May 17. Any questions or comments may be made to firstname.lastname@example.org.
See you at Convention.
